1. About the service
Tales Hero Indonesia (THI) is an online game service website that provides accounts, website features, and digital Point packages for use in Tales Hero Indonesia. Products sold through this website are not physical goods and are not shipped by courier.
2. User agreement
By creating an account, logging in, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or place an order.
3. User accounts
- Registration information must be accurate and must not use another person's identity.
- Each user is responsible for activity performed through their account.
- Keep your ID and password confidential. Never share your password, PIN, or OTP code.
- The THI team will never ask for your password by email, social media, Discord, or support channels.
- If you suspect that someone accessed your account, contact us through the Contact page immediately.
4. Products, bonuses, and prices
Point, Cash, VIP EXP, and package prices are shown on the Top Up page before an order is placed. All prices use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices may change at any time, but the price for an order is the price shown when the order is created and paid.
Bonuses follow the package details and service configuration at the time of the transaction. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account after they are credited.
5. Orders and payments
- Orders are placed after the user logs in and chooses a package from the Buy Point menu.
- Payments are processed through Midtrans Snap using the QRIS method available at checkout.
- The payment page opens inside the THI website, and payment status is determined after verification from Midtrans.
- Unpaid orders may expire after the stated time limit and must be created again.
- Do not pay repeatedly for the same order without checking its status first.
6. Digital product delivery
After payment is confirmed as successful, Point, Cash, and VIP EXP are delivered automatically to the account used to create the order. No physical goods are shipped. Transaction status and history are available in the Point purchase history.
Delivery may be delayed by network outages, maintenance, verification queues, or payment service issues. If payment succeeds but the reward does not arrive, keep your payment receipt and contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are explained in detail in the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy. Digital products that have already been credited or used generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
8. Prohibited use
Users must not use the service to:
- commit fraud, manipulate payments, make unsupported chargebacks, or abuse promotions;
- attempt to access another user's account, data, or systems;
- find, exploit, or distribute security vulnerabilities or system disruptions;
- use bots, scripts, malware, or automated methods that disrupt the service;
- resell account access or products unlawfully; or
- perform any other activity that violates the law or harms users or the THI service.
Violations may cause a transaction to be held for review, an undelivered reward to be cancelled, or an account to be restricted according to the severity of the violation.
9. Account security and transaction review
To keep the service secure, THI may review account matching, order history, payment status, and activity considered unusual. We may request relevant transaction information, but we will never request your password, PIN, OTP code, or payment credentials.
10. Service availability
We work to keep the website and game features available, but the service may be interrupted or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network issues, payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. Recorded orders will still be reviewed against the transaction data available.
11. Intellectual property
The names, logos, designs, text, images, and other materials used on the THI website belong to THI or their licensed owners. They may not be copied, modified, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
12. Privacy
Personal data used by this service is governed by the THI Privacy Policy. By using the service, you understand that necessary data is processed for login, product delivery, payments, security, and customer support.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when the service, payment process, or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be shown on this page. Using the service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If any part is found invalid, the remaining sections remain effective.
